Using our new online ordering tool

Hello everyone!  The purpose of this blog post is to give a brief summary on how to use our new online ordering tool.  As simple as it may be, further explanation is always a good thing.  After you click "Place an order" on our homepage you will then be brought to the screen below:

Working your way down the form you will notice it is very straight forward and easy to fill out.   
Things to remember are:

• Most residential oil tanks are 275 gallons (the form's preset).
• We offer 100 gallon deliveries to Leominster, Fitchburg, and Lunenburg.  All other towns in our service area have a minimum delivery of 135 gallons.
• If you order a "fill" your card will be charged for 240 gallons, if your tank cannot accomated 240 gallons you will be issued a refund for the remaining balance.
• When ordering a specific gallon amount, take a look at our chart to determing how much to order.  (click chart to see)
• Kindly describe the building or house that we are delivering the oil to  (i.e. yellow Colonial, blue shutters).

After clicking continue, you will then be brought to the page where you enter the delivery information.  First and Last name, phone number, delivery address.  Scrolling down you will see the summary of the order, the place where you will enter your credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover), and our terms and conditions.  A portion of the page will look like the image below:

Once filled out, click "Complete Order" and that's it!  You just ordered your oil delivery without ever having to pick up a phone and you did it in just a few minutes.  You can then print out your receipt and expect your delivery in a maximum of 2 business days!
